Please note that during COVID-19, shipping times are going to be delayed. We are afraid that this is out of our control. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) from 7am - 5:00pm AEST and may take up to two business days to process before being shipped.

All shipping prices are aimed to be as low as possible. Shipments will take anywhere from 2-15 days (excluding our processing times) depending on your country. If you believe your shipment has taken too long to arrive, please email the address below:

CUSTOM DUTIES AND TAXES (IMPORTANT)

For shipment towards non-Australian countries, goods are subject to customs duties and possible taxes. Any additional tax necessary to clear package through customs will be paid in full by the recipient. If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.

Duties and taxes may differ from country to country and are charged when the goods reach their destination. For further information regarding duties and clearance, please contact your local customs offices.

 

Returns

If you are not happy with a product purchased through Stepzz we will be here to help fix the problem. We will gladly replace or exchange the item, or refund the amount that you paid. Items can be returned within 21 days, providing they are unused and in their original packaging. Otherwise, we will not be able to process your return. This may take between 7-21 days. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund taxes, shipping charges, or duties.

Any order purchased with a CODE is final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

In the case of faulty or incorrect items are received, please contact sheldon@stepzz.co. Be sure to include your order number, photos, and any information regarding the issue so that we can resolve the problem.

If an item is damaged through misuse, abnormal use or incorrect washing practices, a refund will not be provided or exchanged.

Once investigated, we will provide you with information on how to return the item.
